Our Recipients, ISPs, and Blacklist Administration

Solid Delivery has a zero tolerance spam policy. Our business model differs from most email marketing services, which allows us to have much more control over what is sent through our trusted servers.

Solid Delivery provides large agencies a managed email marketing service. This means we review and send 100% of the emails and have full control of our server's activities. Solid Delivery can be reached at any time by ISPs and Blacklists administrators.

  • - Feedback loops
  • - Appropriate whitelist procedures
  • - Emergency contact details

We encourage ISP and Blacklist Admin to contact us on relations@soliddelivery.com.

Our Clients responsibility and Service Agreement

Solid Delivery emails are sent via our fully managed agency service. The agencies clients are typically large blue-chip clients, and e-mails are sent to their opt-in emailing lists. All information comes directly from these clients who have all follow best practices for gathering and maintaining the communication lists.

We statistically have a 0.001% rate of emails marked as spam. We utilise feedback loops for all major web-clients and immediately unsubscribe any users who view the communication as spam and provide our clients with feedback of these recipients. Any excessive notifications are investigated immediately.

Although we are fully confident in our clients we do have a strict list of rules that fall into our Service Agreement. Every list is imported into our system by one of our staff and will be verified that it is up-to-date and previous unsubscribes have been removed.

If you have any questions about our Anti-Spam Policy or want to report suspected spam please feel free to contact us at anytime.
