Why did you receive an email from us?
Solid Delivery is a fully managed email marketing service. We work hand in hand with our clients to send out newsletters and marketing material from opt-in mailing lists. All mailing lists are supplied directly from the customer and no 3rd party lists are accepted.
How to stop receiving emails from us?
Every email sent via our system includes an easy Unsubscribe link located in the footer of the email. If you click on this link you will never be sent another email from us or our client.
Alternatively you may email us unsubscribe@soliddelivery.com with the details of the e-mail you received.
How is your privacy protected?
Any personal information you provide to us including and similar to your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Solid Delivery without authorization.
Campaign Content and Subscriber Lists
All emails sent via Solid Delivery systems will be reviewed and authorized by a member of staff. We have a 100% guarantee that each email complies to our Terms of use - to protect against defamatory, inaccurate, abuse, obscene, profane or ethically offensive content.
Solid Delivery will not sell, rent or loan any of our customer's contact lists.

The Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act requires:
- 1- Unsolicited commercial e-mail messages must be clearly labeled.
- 2- To include opt-out instructions and the sender's physical address and correct business email address.
- 3- prohibits the use of deceptive subject lines and false headers in such messages.
